This is Ferris Homes new PRICE FIGHTER manufactured home that allows us to compete with the sales of older manufactured homes in Vineyard Estates. Why buy an older mobile home when you can buy new manufactured home? The floor plan below is only a preliminary floor plan and can be modified to meet your needs. Still time to change it!

We have revised a 3-bedroom plan into a 2-bedroom plan for space 35. This extra square footage allows us to not only add a larger walk-in closet but also extra room in the master bathroom.

We can offer additional upgrade packages at a cost above the $139,000 base price for items such as stainless steel appliances, upgraded cabinets, tile or wood flooring, upgraded carpets and pads, trex no maintenance stairs and decking, lap siding, country porch, exterior shutters, skylights, additional lighting and more.

Once you approve the floor plan and it's ready to be sent to the factory, we can have this new manufactured home ready in approximately 60 days from that date.  Included below is what comes standard in the manufactured home and pictures of what the cabinetry, counters and tile would look like in the basic manufactured home.
