We have four buildings in three different parts of town with offices suites ranging in size from small one room office suites to 6500 square feet. We focus on leasing to small businesses, so the overwhelming majority of our tenants lease offices 180 to 500 to 1200 square feet....and many have grown to larger suites. Because we understand the small business, we appreciate the need for flexibility.....so we offer shorter term leases and the ability to move while growing....
Here is the list of our buildings:
1). 1755 The Exchange, Atlanta, GA 30339. Prestigious 50,000 square foot building with an Atlanta address located off Windy Hill near I-75 & I-285.
2) 2759 Delk Road, Marietta, GA 30067. The Atrium at Delk is a 52,000 office building that features a beautiful 5000 square foot atrium with 24' tall tropical trees, interior tropical landscaping, a fountain with benches and tables.
3) MetroSouth Executive Center, 8455 Hwy 85, Building 200, Riverdale, GA 30274. This is a smaller office building located just south of Riverdale commercial district.
4). Century Park, 4005 Wetherburn Way, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092. This building located in Gwinnett County only has one room executive office suites ranging is size from 50 to 150 square feet.

C). 3 Room office suite......We have one becoming available during the month of June with a small reception area and two HUGE offices with lots of glass. $725 per month. Discounted to $695 for four months
D). 1170 Sq Ft. This office suite features a Reception area with two private offices, a large work area/copy/filing area, and a large classroom sized office that would be perfect for 10-15 small cubicles for a call center, 5-6 normal desks or a large training room/classroom/conference room. Discounted to $1000 per month for three months, $1200 for three months and then normal lease for $1350 per month.
E). 1323 sq ft....Large Reception Area Plus 5 offices. 4 of the offices are very large with large windows to the outside. $1495 per month, discounted to $1350 for first six months...

Our Second Building: The Atrium at Delk is well maintained and features a 5000 sq ft two story tall atrium with tropical trees, tropical landscaping, a fountain, benches and tables. This features creates a beautiful and calming work environment, partially explaining why this building is almost always close to full!!
A) One-room office suites $275, $295, and $325. Call for availabilities for one room offices, as these change quickly. These are one room suites, which are independent suites with their own entrance to common hallways, NOT simply shared office with another tenant.
